Don't be Digital Illiterates !!!
In the physical world, if somebody cannot sign on paper, we say he is an "Illiterate"! Have you wondered what is your status on the Cyber Society? India has recognized Digital Writing five years back when ITA-2000 was passed with effect from October 17, 2000. Simultaneously, India also recognized how to sign on an Electronic Document so that it can be authenticated in a manner in which law recognizes. However, even with the passage of nearly 5 years, a large number of Netizens in India have remained Digital Illiterates and do not have the capability of affixing "Digital Signatures" on electronic documents. Is it not the time you thought of acquiring a Digital Signing Capability?
